  • 1 on 1

    No matter what your goals are, 1-on-1 personal training is for you. Tailor-made to help you get the most of your fitness programme, 1-on-1 training is perfect for individuals who want dedicated and focused workouts to ensure they achieve their targets and transform their lives. Whether you’re looking to increase muscle tone, burn body fat, increase endurance, or just improve your quality of life, opting for a personal trainer will put you on the right track.

    1-on-1 training is also ideal for people with busy lifestyles who struggle to find the time to hit the gym. Your personal trainer will work with you to plan a schedule around your commitments, keeping you motivated and excited for your next session. Building a relationship with your trainer will also keep you accountable. There’s always going to be the temptation to put your training off till tomorrow, but knowing you’re in a fitness partnership with someone is great way to stay on track and not fall off course.

  • Small Group 4-8

    These small groups all you to work out with you coworkers or friends for a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer, all while being coached. The personal trainer give you a workout to perform, be there to provide guidance on the exercises, give you rest queues and/or give you cardio routines to follow.  All this is on your schedule, be it at lunch during a quick break, or right after work before you all head home for dinner.

     

  • Large Group 9-15

    Training with others is a great way to stay motivated and ensure a social environment for your workouts. Too many people in a group, however, can often mean your needs aren’t being catered for and your fitness goals not being reached. This is why semi private group training is a great choice.

    Training with like-minded individuals creates a great atmosphere for progression, and knowing that you’ll still get the attention you need in a smaller group - and therefore achieve the results you’re looking for - is an almost perfect blend. Your trainer won’t be constantly distracted because of the size of the class, and it allows you to progress with success in a fantastic environment.

    Semi private group training will give you a level of support you’ve not experienced before and, best of all, it comes from people who are just like you. An educated and knowledgeable trainer may be leading proceedings, but you’ll also have a network of friends that you can help and who will help you. What better way to burn fat, build muscle and reach the level of fitness you’ve always dreamed of?

  • Strength & Conditioning

    Strength and conditioning training is more than just lifting weights. Based around numerous activities that can increase and enhance your performance, you’ll be challenged in countless ways, be that running, jumping, testing your agility, strengthening your core or improving your endurance.

    As well as developing your overall fitness across the board, strength and conditioning training will be sculpted around your needs, changing up the amount and type of workout on the cards as the year progresses.     Myofascial release is the solution to your injury problems. The fascia is a connective tissue that helps protect your muscle tissue and tendons. Like these, though, the fascia can scar and harden due to physical trauma leaving your body susceptible to aches, pains and injuries in other areas.

    Myofascial release therapy can counter this, however. Trained specialists are able to focus on this tissue, stretching and massaging it in order to assist you with other injuries. It only takes a few sessions before the effects start to be felt and the results can often be life-changing. Myofascial release can also help with headaches, posture problems and general wear and tear, leaving you in an all-round better state and getting you in the right shape and state of mind to train worry-free.

Now operating as the General Manager of Achieve Fitness, Preston has worked in every sector of the club during his career here, starting as a front desk consultant and group fitness instructor. In just a few short years, he established himself as the most successful personal trainer on the team, providing a new style of exercise programming that eventually evolved into a management system for the entire staff. Though still training select clients, Preston spends most of his time at Achieve Fitness facilitating efficient growth of the business, and establishing new community partnerships with the goal of reaching as many lives as possible.
