We all know that most folks gain an average of between 5 and 15 pounds of fat from Halloween to New Years, only to start their “Resolutions” yet again in January. Most “weight loss resolutioners” stop their mad pursuit of fat reduction by February or March at the latest from sheer exhaustion because they started off so gung ho that they could not keep their own pace! Now, this is not at all to discourage you or any goals that you may have. These facts are to MOTIVATE you to start now and make more manageable goals so that you not only can achieve them , but maintain them as well! Practice these tips and don’t be just another “statistic” this year!
1. Set your goals NOW, don’t wait for January when all the treadmills are full
2. Do not wait for Monday! Start today!
3. Set small goals at first that you can achieve so that you gain confidence
4. Try something new! Do not stay in the same old ruts, you will not change
5. Challenge yourself! If you can do an unlimited amount of reps, your body will never change!
