X-FIT50 Extreme Fitness

X-FIT50 Extreme Fitness is a 50 minute ADVANCED total body workout. This Hybrid workout was developed by gym owners and presonal trainers Vince and Beverly Pannozzo.
With two instructors requiring proper form during each exercise, X-FIT50 will push each individual beyond their present fitness level using functional exercises with maximum intensity and minimal rest.

X-FIT50 Guidelines and Restrictions
Due to the intense nature of this class participants must be willing and able to follow these guidelines:
1) Before participating in this class,members must complete the required fitness test adminstered by the AF staff. See front desk for details.
2) Participants must follow the instructer's lead. This means performing the exercise or one of the variatons given by the instructor. Creating your own modification is not permitted.
3) In order to maintain a high intensity level, 100% class participation is reqiured. Sitting out on certain body parts is not permitted.
4) If you are pregnant you are not permitted to participate in this class.
5) Using personal Ipods is not permitted during class.
6) Participants must be at least 16 years of age.
