Working out individually definitely has its benefits, including being able to go at your own pace, make your own schedule, and find activities and equipment you feel comfortable with. On the other hand, it can be a challenge to keep yourself motivated, on task, and to work out consistently. If you want the structure and accountability that comes along with group fitness classes, give our fitness center in Fleming Island a try. We have a variety of classes to fit your needs and interests.

Spinning

Get an intense ride without worrying about traffic. Our spin classes are challenging and will definitely get your heart rate up. With experienced leaders, you can expect to be trained on correct form, making sure the bike is adjusted to fit your body, and of course, fun and motivating music that will help you master the tough hills.

Zumba

Have fun, get your body moving, and work up a sweat with this fast-paced fitness class. It might look intimidating and it might take a few classes to feel comfortable with the steps, but when you nail down the moves, you will keep coming back week after week.

Kickboxing

Work out your frustrations as well as your glutes, thighs, and arms. This tough exercise will help you build endurance, burn calories, tone your body, and you can learn self-defense. When you complete a kickboxing class, you will leave feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Gentle and All Levels Yoga

Fitness classGive your body the stretch it needs while you breathe and go through the fluid movements. Our beginning class to the more advanced class will help you get in touch with your body as well as raise your heartbeat and help build muscle.

Body Sculpt

Get ready to feel the burn during this body sculpting class. Using weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, and other weight lifting equipment, we will work on toning arms, legs, and core muscles.

Insanity

This new fitness class was developed for those looking to really see and feel the difference after an intense workout. Combining various aspects of workouts, you can expect to build muscle, burn calories, and feel great after.

Barre

This fitness class starts with warm up exercises that include push-ups and planks to focus on biceps, triceps, and back muscles. Then, we work on a ballet barre and you use your own bodyweight as resistance to build core, leg, and glute muscles.

With a variety of class options, our fitness center wants to reach a wide range of people looking for ways to get fit and work towards leading a healthier lifestyle. We want everyone to feel comfortable in the space, but still challenged enough to make a difference. In an effort to be a convenient family fitness option in Fleming Island, we also offer a special Kid’s Club and nursery for the little ones.
