Improve your game by focusing on skills and mechanics both in the field and at the plate. Work on skill development, such as pitching, catching, fielding, and hitting in addition to strength and conditioning. We hold you to high standards so you can push your performance to the next level.
Fine tune your skills on the court by working with elite instructors through one-ball and two-ball drills, tennis ball drills, guarding, shooting, and more. Take it to the next step to learn how to better read the floor, pick and roll, post moves, and rebound – things that can all help you win the game. We’ll help you set goals and then crush them.
Take your stick skills to the next level as you connect with dodging and off-ball movement. Whether you play short stick or prefer the long pole, our coaches can help you with fundamentals like ground ball recovery, accurate passing, agility and speed training, defense positioning, and fast breaks. Learn new strategies for rides and man-up or -down plays to bring the flow to the field.
From speed training to infield techniques, increase your skills on the field to help take your game to the next level. Our coaches can help you improve base running, hitting, and fielding through diverse and specific drills. We know it’s not just a physical sport, so we’ll help condition your mental game too.
Track and field is full of possibilities. At Achieve Fitness, athletes can improve their speed training for short distance or increase endurance for long distance. Our coaches can help improve strength and conditioning of all athletes and provide niche training for the various field events.
Bump, set, and spike your way to victory with the help of professional training that will take your game to the next level. Train hard to add inches to your vertical, build strength for a more powerful serve, and work on speed training as you crush different drills that fine tune other necessary skills.
Just because the days of high school and college sports are over doesn’t mean adults have to stop being active. Achieve Fitness offers adult group fitness classes that help keep you in shape as you push yourself against the friendly competition in the class.

Monday – Friday
2:45pm-3:45pm – Level 3
4:00pm – 5:00pm – Level 3
5:15pm-6:15pm – Level 2
6:30-7:30pm – All Levels
9am-10am – Level 1
10:15am- 11:15am – Level 2/3 (?)
11:30 -12:30pm- Adult Weekend Warriors/Sports Conditioning (ages 18+)
Varsity – $50 Registration Fee (includes basic testing and t-shirt)
All Pro – $150 Registration Fee ( “Inside Out” Package -includes advanced testing, MyZone, Shirt) High School ages and above only
8 Sessions Per month (2x per week)
$160/month – 3 month minimum- auto renews until cancelled. 30 days notice to cancel ($20 per session)
50% of balance owed for early cancellation fee.
